Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Students Library located at Madangir, Delhi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Students Library.
Membership Terms
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years of age to become a member
- Members under 18 must have parental/guardian consent
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory
2. Registration Requirements
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Submit one passport-size photograph
- Pay the applicable membership fee in full
3. Membership Card
- Your membership card is non-transferable
- You must carry your ID card during every visit
- Report lost cards immediately (replacement fee: ₹50)
Shift Timings & Access
Morning Shift
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Night Shift
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Access is limited to your subscribed shift(s) only
- Shift changes require 2 days advance notice
- Overstaying your shift may result in additional charges
Library Rules & Regulations
DO's
- Maintain silence at all times
- Keep mobile phones on silent mode
- Keep your belongings in lockers
- Carry your ID card every day
- Maintain cleanliness
- Report any issues to staff
DON'Ts
- No eating inside study area
- No smoking or tobacco
- No loud talking or phone calls
- No damaging library property
- No sharing membership card
- No disturbing other members
Payment Terms
- All membership fees must be paid in advance
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- We accept Cash, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice
- Renewal should be done before membership expiry
Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without refund if you:
- Violate any library rules repeatedly
- Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Damage library property intentionally
- Share your membership with unauthorized persons
- Provide false information during registration
- Engage in any illegal activities on premises
Limitation of Liability
- Students Library is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
- We recommend using lockers for valuable items
- We are not liable for any personal injury unless caused by our negligence
- Technical failures (Wi-Fi, power) do not warrant refunds
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
